The recently released Citizens Advice quarterly update for their non-domestic energy supplier table, published September 2024, has revealed that we proudly retained the top spot on the Citizens Advice Non-Domestic Energy Supplier Table, now at an incredible 33 months.
Citizens Advice publishes a quarterly performance league table to compare non-domestic energy suppliers based on how well they manage consumer complaints. Customers can use this table to learn how suppliers’ performances measure against each other and ultimately make informed decisions on switching suppliers.
