How to view your consumption data

Customers (or your authorised agent with a valid letter of authority) with an operating Smart meter or Automated Meter Reader (AMR) are able to freely access consumption data via our online portal.

You can register or log into the portal via this link here

Once logged onto the portal, you can click on usage and specify a time frame (going back to 12 months).

Consumption data can be downloaded in either a .CSV, .XLSX or .PDF formats.

You can also analyse your energy data either at a half-hourly, daily or monthly level, enabling you to identify consumption trends.

Contact our customer services teams by E-Chat or hello@crowngas.co.uk and we’ll happily help navigate the portal and resolve any query that you may have.

How to raise a consumption data request outside of the portal?

You (or your authorised agent) may freely request consumption data for up to 12 months. Such requests can be made in writing to us by contacting hello@crowngas.co.uk.

In your request please provide us your account information (including site reference(s)) and we’ll process your request within 10 working days. If we have any trouble processing your request we’ll get in touch and set out the next steps.

Just to know

Our systems are set up to automatically process your consumption data from the point that we start to supply your business. There may be, however, some circumstances where we are unable to process consumption data.

  • We’ve been unable to connect to your Smart or AMR meter due to a technical reason
  • We’ve recently started to supply energy to your business and we have yet to appoint your AMR/Smart metering equipment operators
  • You don’t have an AMR or Smart meter (see our dedicated page to request an AMR/Smart meter here)
